Pierre Doyle, M.Sc., PMP, P3GP

Most value is created or destroyed at the project governance level, not the project management level. Good project governance is a top trait linked to project success whereas poor or absent governance is the main cause of project failure. Despite its importance, project governance is not well understood and there is little training available for executives. To fill this gap, I teach a two-day course called Project Oversight for Executives. Book a private engagement for your senior leadership team or enroll individually though the Asper School of Business at the University of Manitoba. It's a small investment that could save you millions of dollars.

  • The knowledge gained applies directly to my current role and provides the structure and system I was looking for.

  • I liked that it is a topic that is not covered much, not readily available when researching. It definitely will add value to my current role, and future.
