WELCOME
Pierre Doyle, M.Sc., PMP, P3GP
Most value is created or destroyed at the project governance level, not the project management level. Good project governance is a top trait linked to project success whereas poor or absent governance is the main cause of project failure. Despite its importance, project governance is not well understood and there is little training available for executives. To fill this gap, I teach a two-day course called Project Oversight for Executives. Book a private engagement for your senior leadership team or enroll individually though the Asper School of Business at the University of Manitoba. It's a small investment that pays a big return.
